We’re thrilled you’re considering Glansin for your next event space!

Just a few terms and conditions you should be aware of before booking…

  • We require £100 Deposit to secure your date

  • This is refunded no later than 7 days after your event on the provision the terms & conditions are met

  • Our capacity is 30 people

  • Private Hire is available 7 Days a Week

  • A minimum spend applies

  • The minimum spend will be dependant on when you wish to book & the timings - this will be discussed upon your enquiry with the event organiser

  • Any food or drink pre orders must be received within 2-weeks of your event

  • All food & drinks pre orders must be paid for within 1 week of your event

  • We operate a check 25 policy

  • Abuse towards any member of staff verbal or physical) will not be

    tolerated and may lead to cancellation of the booking.

  • If this occurs, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • In the case of any damage to the venue as a result of the party,

    the deposit will not be refunded.

  • The management reserves the right to refuse entry or request any

    guest to leave the venue.

  • When you confirm the booking, the party agrees to these terms.
